It reminded me of an eternity to get anywhere. people were crammed in like sardines or just waiting forever. then, our room's air conditioning didn't work. It was stuffy and uncomfortably warm ALL night. it REALLY impacted my sleep.

i found the breakfast selection expansive. i particularly enjoyed the variety of pastries and fresh fruit. the room offered ample space. it also had a lovely river view. the staff were attentive to my needs and always available to assist.

the air conditioning system made unusual noises during the night. i also found that the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. the absence of readily available information regarding local attractions created a problem. i had to search online.

The spa facilities were a definite highlight, i consistently enjoy them each time i stay. the pool was very clean, and the steam room really delivered a strong, satisfying steam. changing areas and showers seemed clean. I appreciated that they smelled fresh.

The food options for dinner did not quite reach expectations. They could use some refinement. the changing rooms near the leisure center had a noticeable damp smell. the overflow area of the jacuzzi seemed broken with a grated piece missing. This needs repair.

Reception and breakfast staff showed helpfulness. they also seemed friendly and approachable. megan at reception, in particular, greeted me with a great smile. She seemed like nothing was too much trouble, which i appreciated.

The breakfast was acceptable with a wide selection on offer.

The room's air vents were very dirty. I also had a long journey and wanted sleep before a concert, however our room was right next to a service cupboard. The cleaners constantly let the door slam.
